About Black Mold
Black mold, or Stachybotrys chartarum, grows where there is constant moisture. It can also grow on materials with high cellulose content such as fabric and wood. While the health symptoms for black mold have not been specified, it and other molds can cause symptoms mimicking those of seasonal allergies or flu.
